JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for upholding the profitability and values by leading and supporting assigned field operation regions. Meet financial targets while ensuring operationally sound team and customer centered approach in achieving their service and business goals. Develop a strategy and long-term planning, leading by example overseeing a broad range of activities or functions that is sustainable, scalable, and aligns to the overall business strategy and goals.

Responsibilities

  • Direct, plan, approve, revise, and implement overall field operations growth strategies to meet and exceed business goals. Drive organic growth while successfully leading acquisition integration activities. Establish and monitor KPIs for service delivery.
  • Develop a clear and compelling vision for the field operations function aligned with the overall business strategy engaging in long term planning to ensure sustainability and scalable operations.
  • Collaborate with other functional leaders to ensure cross-functional alignment and synergy.
  • Set and communicate clear performance expectations, creating a culture of accountability to ensure organizational efforts are positioned to exceed customer needs and expectations.
  • Encourage a culture of innovation, accountability, and adaptability and lead teams through transition while upholding and promoting the organization’s values. Demonstrate integrity, transparency and ethical behavior in decision-making.
  • Guide, direct, and evaluate the work of management and other team members.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, operations, or in a related field from an accredited university.
  • 10+ years of operations management experience of a large and decentralized service-based business focused on process improvement, optimization and change management.
  • P & L management experience of $100M or greater in a service/install environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and motivate others to achieve a common goal.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with a track record of influencing stakeholders across the business and at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans and initiatives.
  • Experience and comprehensive knowledge of the commercial refrigeration and HVAC or related industries.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
