Our comprehensive program equips trainees with the knowledge and expertise needed to excel in this growing industry. 

Program Highlights: 

• 3-month hands-on training from industry leaders on commercial refrigeration equipment. 
• Train during business hours, Monday – Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, allowing for a healthy work-life balance. 
• Unlike traditional methods of learning where you pay tuition, WE PAY YOU up to $20/hour. 
• Programs are available in Houston, TX and Fullerton, CA. 
• Upon successful completion of the training program, job opportunities are available nationwide with CoolSys. 
• We assist you in obtaining EPA 608 and OSHA 10 certifications, enhancing your credentials, and ensuring you have a solid foundation for a successful long-term career. 
• We provide all the necessary hand tools. 

• Strong interest in the commercial refrigeration equipment field. 
• Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment. 
• High school diploma or equivalent. 
• 18 years or older. 
• Eligible to work in the United Staties. 
• Valid driver’s license.
