Responsibilities

Procurement:

  1. Research potential vendors and suppliers to source required products and services for CHP systems.
  2. Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers, negotiating contract terms and pricing to secure favorable agreements.
  3. Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed to maintain adequate inventory levels for CHP components and spare parts.
  4. Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage and implement min-max stock level strategies specific to CHP equipment.
  5. Track orders and ensure timely delivery, resolving any issues that may arise.
  6. Review the quality of purchased products to ensure they meet company standards for CHP system components.
  7. Enter order details into internal databases and maintain updated records of purchases, delivery information, and invoices for CHP-related materials.

 

Field Operations Coordination:

  1. Collaborate with field technicians to develop and maintain relationships with clients for CHP system installations and maintenance.
  2. Schedule and assign field work tasks to technicians, ensuring efficient use of resources for CHP projects.
  3. Ensure that site work for CHP installations and maintenance is completed according to specifications and within deadlines.
  4. Work closely with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to understand field requirements and deliverables specific to CHP systems.
  5. Manage inventory and logistics, including procurement of field equipment and supplies tailored for CHP operations.

 

Service and Maintenance Supervision:

  1. Supervise service and maintenance activities for CHP systems, ensuring adherence to maintenance schedules and procedures.
  2. Provide technical guidance and support to field technicians during service and maintenance tasks for CHP equipment.
  3. Conduct regular inspections of CHP systems to identify maintenance needs and address any issues promptly.
  4. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for replacement parts and technical support related to CHP maintenance.
  5. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work performed, parts replaced, and maintenance schedules for CHP systems.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Energy Management, or related field preferred.
  2. 10- years experience in procurement, field operations coordination, and maintenance supervision, preferably in the energy sector with a focus on CHP systems.
  3. Strong knowledge of CHP technology, components, and maintenance practices.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  5. Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic work environment.
  6. Familiarity with inventory management systems and database entry for tracking CHP-related materials.
  7. Certification or training in CHP system maintenance and service is a plus.
