JOB SUMMARY:  
Responsible for upholding the profitability and values by leading operations. Develop a strategy and long-term planning of the operations function that is sustainable, scalable, and aligns to the overall strategic strategy and goals. Determine and drive consistency, process improvement, and optimization that ensures organizational efforts are positioned to exceed customer needs and expectations. Manages the P/L of C&I, identifies operation risks and opportunities.    

Responsibilities

  • Develop, clear, concise and outcome driven plans that align operations to the company’s goals and objectives. Establish and monitor KPIs for service delivery.
  • Collaborate with the leadership teams to ensure cross-functional integration, alignment, and synergy of the business goals and strategy. Regularly analyze and report on operational performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvement
  • Continuously assess and improve operational processes to drive productivity and reduce costs. Allocate resources to maintain high quality operations while maintaining budget compliance and project profitability.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence. Implement quality control measures to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance.
  • Identify and implement technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency. Make data-driven decisions to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Champion internal and external feedback loops that drive-continuous improvement to understand Customer needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Encourage a culture of innovation, accountability, and adaptability and leads teams through transition while upholding and promoting the organization’s values. Demonstrates integrity, transparency and ethical behavior in decision-making.
  • Guiding, directing, and evaluation the work of management and executive team members

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, operations, or in a related field from an accredited university.
  • 10+ years of operations management experience of a large and decentralized service-based business focused on process improvement, optimization, and change management.
  • P & L management experience.
  • Project Management Certification and hands on experience with managing project budgets.

  • Proficiency in commonly used and specialized software.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders across the business and at all levels.
  • Demonstrated experience setting monitoring and meeting quarterly and annual goals
